- dinner eat less... less rice...1 small bowl. Less meat also might helps.
- dinner take soup
- lunch eat lesser but more than dinner.
- NO snack, eg potato chip, full-cream milk, chocolate ... snack will be fruit
- pick up exercise you like
- supper is also a no-no.
- replace rice with bread.. rice too much seem to have a "fattening" effect
- take irregular meals but no supper
